Yes, our 20,40, & 60 tote rentals are for 14 days.  You can extend a tote rental in 1 week increments.  See our pricing page for details.

Yes, you can extend your rental period in 1 week increments prior to the last day of your rental.  You must call the office and pre-pay for the extra time.

Yes, we require a $50 deposit to hold your reservation.  The deposit covers damaged or missing totes and is only a minimum.   A credit card must be on file with the office to create/confirm your reservation.

Yes, we provide a Tote Taxi or tote dolly for your reservation.  Our customer service reps will talk to you about which one works best for your situation.

We do require the renter or their representative to be home on drop-off and pick-up.  This ensures totes are delivered undamaged and our drivers can verify quantity and condition on pick-up.

Currently we service Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Marion, Hiawatha, and many other nearby towns for LOCAL moves.  Check out our local service area map here.  For moves to/from Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Dubuque, Davenport, and areas outside our primary service area, please call to get a pick-up and/or delivery charge quote.
